This program is for the dedicated client who wants to achieve the most results (safely) possible for one month of personalized workout, cardio, and nutrition recommendations. You will receive a schedule with customized workout and cardio routines as well as a customized nutrition plan. You will be able to easily log your performance and feedback on the training routines for continued customization, as well as log your nutrition to represent you ate the assigned meal or any other meal substitution you might make based on macros, convenience, or a special occasion. You and Mandy will be on the same page regarding your performance, progression, and results. You will have access to the chat 24/7 to ask Mandy anything about your plan. This plan is perfect for the already consistent client or one looking to make a lifestyle change. The monthly workout plan includes strength, performance, functional application, cardio, HIIT, and physical therapy modalities that will strengthen weak points, reduce injuries, and make you look and feel better. You will have access to chat support with Mandy about your training, and will log your performance on the app (it's easy!) for continued customization for your needs as you progress. You can expect noticeable improvements in the gym, the mirror, and your energy levels.

The total nutrition plan will help the client know when to eat what to get the best results for their goals and their body. Mandy will create a daily schedule that includes your ideal amount of water intake (1 gallon a day isn't the best rule for everybody!), personalized meal schedule, individual protein fat and carb ratios, customized meal sources, ideal nutrient partitioning and meal timing. The client will follow the nutrition schedule and log when they had the scheduled meal or snack, or enter in the substitution they made (based on their activity, plans that day, or lack of planning). No matter what you and your trainer will be on the same page as you continue to receive dietary customization and support throughout the duration of the plan. You will notice results in the way you feel, perform, and in the mirror.

This online coaching plan is my most inclusive package offered. The program is for the dedicated client who wants to make a 12 week transformation using Mandy Polk Fitness personalized workouts, cardio routines, and nutrition plans with updates. For three months you will receive a schedule with customized workout and cardio routines as well as a customized nutrition plan updated regularly based on recommended protocol in combination with your progress. You will be able to easily log your performance and feedback on the training routines for continued customization, as well as log your nutrition to represent you ate the assigned meal or any other meal substitution you might make based on macros, convenience, or a special occasion. You and Mandy will be on the same page regarding your performance, progression, and results. You will have access to the chat 24/7 to ask Mandy anything about your plan. Many people have gotten in the best shape of their lives with Mandy as their trainer! Completing her first certification as she graduated high school, Mandy has made a lifelong career in the fitness industry. Following her three national cheerleading championships in high school, Mandy fought hard and fast on the fitness competition circuit, earning her IFBB Fitness Pro card at the 2006 Nationals in Miami becoming a national champion yet again! Throughout this time she diversified her career by building a large clientele in Las Vegas and completing her second certification. Meanwhile working with trainers in Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Dallas, and Miami to learn from the best of the best in her field, Mandy applies this knowledge to benefit her clients. Utilizing fitness forums early in her career as a vehicle to drive clients toward her inbox wanting more, Mandy was eventually given her own forum and started online training before online training was even a known practice. She has also worked closely with Penny Hardaway's team doctor, Dr. Kevin Olds to help identify and eliminate pain and dysfunction experienced as a result of poor training, no training, and injury. Mandy eventually turned pro in mixed martial arts as well, and worked with the WWE while maintaining a full roster of clients and classes. People have benefitted from Mandy's training expertise to prepare for pageants, collegiate cheerleading tryouts, professional sports tryouts and performance requirements, bodybuilding competitions, fitness, figure, and bikini competitions, overcoming metabolic damage issues, and to make weight for MMA fights, grappling events, and powerlifting meets.
