The total nutrition plan will help the client know when to eat what to get the best results for their goals and their body. Mandy will create a daily schedule that includes your ideal amount of water intake (1 gallon a day isn't the best rule for everybody!), personalized meal schedule, individual protein fat and carb ratios, customized meal sources, ideal nutrient partitioning and meal timing. The client will follow the nutrition schedule and log when they had the scheduled meal or snack, or enter in the substitution they made (based on their activity, plans that day, or lack of planning). No matter what you and your trainer will be on the same page as you continue to receive dietary customization and support throughout the duration of the plan. You will notice results in the way you feel, perform, and in the mirror.
