This program is for the dedicated client who wants to achieve the most results (safely) possible for one month of personalized workout, cardio, and nutrition recommendations. You will receive a schedule with customized workout and cardio routines as well as a customized nutrition plan. You will be able to easily log your performance and feedback on the training routines for continued customization, as well as log your nutrition to represent you ate the assigned meal or any other meal substitution you might make based on macros, convenience, or a special occasion. You and Mandy will be on the same page regarding your performance, progression, and results. You will have access to the chat 24/7 to ask Mandy anything about your plan. Make the most of your month and you will see results in the gym, your energy levels, and the mirror.
